Death By Tesla

A driver of a Tesla vehicle faces two counts of vehicular manslaughter stemming from a crash in California in 2019 when he ran a red light, hit another car and killed two people while his car was in Autopilot mode. Kevin George Aziz Riad pleaded not guilty to the charges, which appear to be the first felony charges in the United States for a driver using a partly automated driving system in a fatal accident.
